Don’t put beers on tap that everyone else already has. You may be limited by who services the area the best, but everyone has beers like Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

    My Suggestions

    Kona Longboard Lager
    Widmer Drop Top Amber
    Lagunitas Pale Ale
    Pyramid Heff
Anything by Stone Brewery (same people who have Lagunitas)

The beers that I would like to see on tap are:

    Red Seal Ale (Northcoast Brewerey)
    Blue Star (Northcoast Brewerey)
    Raspberry Brown (Lost Coast Brewerey)
    Crystal Wheat (Sierra Nevada)
    Black Current (Fox Barrel)

Thanks again for bringing something new to our community!

Here are some of my beer suggestions:

    1. Sierra Nevada - especially the seasonals: Celebration Ale, Bigfoot Ale, Anniversary Ale, etc. They also put out very good specialty brews like Torpedo Ale and Harvest.
    2. North Coast Brewing: Red Seal, Acme IPA.
    3. I second the Stone Brewing request: great IPA and Ruination IPA - and of course Arrogant.
    4. I also second the Lagunitas request.
    5. Anderson Valley - Hop Ottin IPA, Boont Amber.

Looking forward to finally getting some good beer in town…

The seasonal Sierra Nevada beers are fantastic. Celebration Ale is a favorite.

For those of us that don’t drink much alcohol anymore but still love our beer please have a couple of NA’s available even if it’s in bottles. The best ones are all imports such as St. Pauli Girl NA, Clausthaler, Haacke Beck, Buckler and several others. Please don’t bother with made in USA types such as O’Douls and Sharps - Yuck!
The place looks great - I’m sure it will be an asset to our town.

We love everything from Stone, Bear Republic and Lagunitas Breweries! Also, Allagash Curieux is awesome for a more refined palate!! It is aged in Bourbon barrels and 11+ ABV! SMOOTH!!!!

I really like the full flavor of Murphys Irish stout better than Guiness.

I already suggested this to one of your waitresses! Two beers that you already have yet combined, Pear Ale & Guinness! Fill the glass half-full with the pear and then bend a spoon back and pour the Guinness over the spoon onto the Pear. As long as they are cold they will stay seperated. The flavor will be of a very overipened Pear hence the name “A Rotten Pear”

How about some Texas beers? Lone Star, Shiner Bock. Let’s get some unique ones.
I’ll vote for Killian’s Red also.
    Thanks a bunch!

I have a very hard time trying to choose which beer to order at the Happy Viking. I would love to have one of every beer that you have, but that would be 800 oz. of beer. I was hoping you would have a sampler of beer. Most of the breweries around have samplers. Maybe you could do the same, the 15 most popular beers you sell or you could have 6 beer sampler of the customers choice.

Great Basin Brewery out of Sparks, Nevada has excellent beer. They do not bottle, but maybe you could swing a deal to get their product on tap! Also, Great Lakes Brewery out of Cleveland,Oh has excellent beer, and they do bottle. Hope you have powers to swing great deals with these exceptional brewers! Thanks for coming to Y.C.!!!

I’ll be flying in from Japan this September to visit my family after being away for the past 4 years. It’s great to see that there is a pub such as this in my beloved and miss hometown of Yuba City!

So yeah, I must suggest the great beers of the Land of the Rising Sun.

    1. Yebisu
    2. Asahi Super Dry
    3. Kirin Ichiban Shibori

I’m really looking forward to some of that Fat Tire you have on tap. Haven’t had that in years.

I also must mention Yona pale ale but it would be a hard one to find for it’s a small craft beer. It one best beer in Japan in 2008.
